Fair questions
What if something gets stained or torn?
Normal kid life — grass, paint, birthday cake, a ripped knee — is covered by every plan, free. We only charge (at a capped rate) if an item is lost or damaged beyond repair, and you'll always be asked first.
My kid just had a growth spurt. Now what?
Update their size in your dashboard and every item in your next delivery arrives in the new size. Mid-cycle size swaps are always free and don't count against your monthly swaps.
Which neighbourhoods do you deliver to?
We're launching loop-by-loop across Metro Vancouver — Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, the North Shore, New West, the Tri-Cities, Surrey and Delta. Waitlist answers decide which loop opens first.
Can I pause over the summer?
Yes — pause or cancel anytime from your dashboard, no phone calls, no guilt trip. Your kid's profile and preferences are saved for when you're back.
